These Terms govern your use of the CarLink mobile application, website, OBD2 device integration, and related services provided by CarLink LLC in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using CarLink, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
CarLink provides vehicle health monitoring, diagnostic alerts, service history, and maintenance booking features. Information shown in the app is based on OBD2 readings and other data sources and is provided for informational purposes only — it is not a substitute for professional mechanical inspection.
2. Account & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have guardian consent where applicable under Saudi law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use CarLink in violation of applicable laws. Shared vehicle access must only be granted to people you trust.
4. Third-party services
Service bookings may involve independent workshops and partners. CarLink is not responsible for the quality, pricing, or outcomes of third-party services, though we work with trusted providers.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarLink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for paid features in the preceding twelve months, if any.
